Dear Faith,
I have been using your financial models for just about 10 days, but I just couldn't wait to send through my testimonial!
Your models are by far the best well structured Corporate Finance type financial models for acquisition transactions I have seen in a long time. I have
been in corporate finance now for over 13 years!
The Manufacturing Enterprise Financial models are actually TWO-IN-ONE models as they also include a Discounted Cash Flow Valuation Sheet. Most finance professionals regard a Valuation Sheet as a financial model on its own right.
The Summary sheet, Assumptions Sheet, and the Timeline sheet are very valuable!
One can easily change the models to fit ones situation, and the calculations in the Income Statement (Profit & Loss), Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Sheet, are easy to trace to the other source sheets (Assumptions, Sales, Debtors, Creditors, Stock etc).
I purchased Membership for $169.00. I am really shocked that this Membership used to be sold for $60.00. You are right in your sales copy when you say one financial model on the market sells for more than $200.00. Even at $169.00, I still feel the Membership fee is a big discount!
After some time I will send you another Testimonial - I haven't even been using this model for 10 days when I wrote this testimonial.
All financial modelers who work on Corporate Finance and Project Finance transactions need to purchase membership to one of your Financial Modeling products. This is more value for money than traveling to Financial Modeling courses that only leave ones head full of theory rather than the actual modeling skill.
Cheers!
Kind Regards,

Bernard Hogan: Chicago, Illinois, USA (January 16, 2009)
Industry: Investment Banking (Corporate Finance)
Dear Faith,
Thank you very much for coming up with the idea of a Corporate Finance Models website, especially the way you guys go about it!
I was recently moved to head the Corporate and Structured Finance Department of our investment bank. Before that I was heading the Risk Management
Department.
The greatest challenge I found when I joined the Department was that of trying to come up with a standardized financial model structure for all the
transactions that my juniors work on. Everyone in the Department seemed to have her/his own unique financial model layout. This makes it hard to quickly
review different financial models from different individuals within the department.
The previous head on the Department, who now is a senior executive, forwarded to me an email he received as a Subscriber to your Project Finance Models
website. In that email was a brief description on the Corporate Finance Models Membership Website.
I immediately visited the website and checked the screen captured images in the Manufacturing Enterprise Financial Model. I was immediately impressed by
the layout.
I joined the Manufacturing Enterprise Membership website in October 2008. To say I was impressed by the layout of the Financial Models is an
understatement!
You financial model layout immediately solved the hair pulling problem that I had when I joined the Department - it (the model) has now become the standard
layout for all our Financial models. So, it's now very easy for me to review financial models, especially those that are going to Investment Committees f
or approval.
What has impressed me most about your Financial Model is the idea and the way you set up the Summary Sheet, the Assumptions Sheet and the Timeline sheet.
I have seen attempts at Summary Sheets before, but they were usually VERY MESSY! Your summary sheet guys is so neat and compact and make it very easy to
read. Just by checking the summary sheet, one gets an very quick overview of the key elements of a transaction.
The same can be said for Assumptions Sheet and Timeline Sheet. These two sheets make it a breeze to adapt a financial model! The idea of a Timeline
sheet that controls the transaction timeline on all relevant sheets is excellent.
Also how you separately deal with each of: Sales, Operating Expenses, Debtors (Account Receivable), Creditors (Accounts Payable), Stock etc further
makes it very easy to follow and understand a financial model.
This model structure also makes it very easy to change key drivers, which makes it even easier to rum various scenarios (sensitivity analysis) of the
transaction.
The fact that these models also include a Valuation Sheet, makes then even more valuable. This alone makes the Membership Fee a real steal!
I highly recommend your financial model to both veterans and recent-graduates who work on Mergers and Acquisition type transactions.
Thank you for such a great website.

Industry: Development Finance Institution
Dear Faith,
The Manufacturing Enterprise Financial Models have over-delivered for me!
Our institution provides finance mainly to Small-to-Medium Enterprises. The transactions we work on are mainly start-ups, Mergers and Acquisitions,
Leveraged Buy-Outs etc. We also do a lot of restructuring.
I joined the mailing list of the Corporate Finance Models website when it launched - I was impressed with the screen images of the Financial Model Sheets
when I viewed them. They were exactly what I was looking for.
I was even more impressed when I downloaded the financial models from the Membership Website. The most impressing feature of your Financial Models is the
easy-to-understand format in which they are written.
I use your financial models' format for all our financial model, throughout our organization.
You have a very useful website and products there guys!
I highly recommend you Financial Models to anyone who works in Corporate Finance type transactions.
Bye,

Industry: Investment Banking (Risk Management)
Dear Faith,
Excellent Financial Models - I highly recommend them to anyone who is a financial modeler or works on Mergers and Acqusition transactions.
I am a Senior Manager in the Risk Management department of an investment bank. My role is to review mergers and acquisition transactions in which we are
also taking an equity stake.
So, I get to see almost all corporate finance type transactions going for approval by our executive management committees.
Your financial models have helped me develop a uniform model format for other divisions in our investment bank, which in turn helps me do my job more
efficiently, with quick turn-around.
I am happy, any my internal clients in our bank are happy!
From what I have seen, your financial models are actually suited to both experienced financial modelers and recent graduates who have just started
modeling.
Very easy to understand financial model format - I highly recommend the Manufacturing Enterprise Financial Models Membership!

Sean Chadwick: Dublin, Ireland (October 31, 2008)
Industry: Investment Company
Dear Faith,
I use the Financial Models from the Manufacturing Enterprise Models Membership website as a Financial Viability and Valuation tool for new transaction in which we are purchasing an
equity stake.
I am a partner in a small investment company. We mainly invest in small-to-medium manufacturing enterprise across sectors. Hence, I found your Financial
Models a perfect fit for our financial modeling and valuation needs.
I have been very impressed by your financial models. When I purchased your models it never really occurred to me that they also included a valuation sheet.
When I discovered this I really felt that you guys over-deliver. I think the Membership fees you charge for both your Corporate Finance and Project Finance
modeling Membership Websites are hugely discounted. These financial models are well written and comprehensive. I have seen Valuation models being sold for
over $200.00 dollars - one model! Given that financial models are used to valuate multi-million dollar transactions, $200.00 dollars a model is actually a
reasonable price (per model).
I have used the financial models to now close two deals - one we rejected on the basis on the Valuation - using your valuation model! What's more interesting
is that about two days after we rejected the deal we discovered that the Seller had approached Two Major Banks before he came to us - both banks also
rejected the transaction based on Valuation. This alone says a lot about the Valuation sheet in your model.
The models are also very valuable for use in budgeting (management accounts).
I'm am happy that at last someone has come up with the idea of a Membership Website for Financial Modelers - excellent idea.
Your products are evergreen - as long as humans invest in businesses, you financial models will be needed!
Keep well!
Regards,

Apolena Polak: Prague, Czech Republic (October 13, 2008)
Industry: Investment Banking (Structured Finance)
Dear Faith,
I use the Manufacturing Enterprise Financial Models in both small-to-medium business transactions and large corporation transactions.
These financial models do really look like financial models that have been written for Finance and Investment professionals by someone who's also an a
finance and investment professional!
I say this because I have attended numerous financial modeling courses and even bought some financial models online. One financial model I bought online
for $297 was a One-Sheet very disappointing waste of money! Yes, the model had ONE SHEET - no separate Assumptions sheet, timeline sheet, valuation sheet,
Sales Sheet, etc! When I look at the model, and compare it to your models - I just can't help laughing!
I encourage not just new modelers to buy your financial models, but even those who have been in the field for some time. They will discover a lot of things,
but the most important thing they are going to discover is how to write financial models that can be understood by other people, and easily adapted to one's
situation.
I also found it very easy to run sensitivities (scenario analysis) using your models than all those that I had before I purchased Membership!
Highly recommended!
Kind Regards,
